Brown’s early real estate experience began as Marketing Director for some of Atlanta’s premier Developers (Pope & Land, Portman Barry) and some of Atlanta’s significant office buildings: Northpark Town Center, Riverwood, Cumberland Center, and Decatur Towncenter. Instrumental in the successful initial lease up of these projects, Brown has used the knowledge gained from these experiences to hone his skills in negotiating with Landlords. The past 22 years, Brown has focused entirely on tenant representation, representing tenants and users in achieving their office space, business park space, and build to suit objectives. Prior to forming his own firm, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, an international brokerage firm. He has leveraged lessons learned from his successful brokerage career to build his firm dedicated to tenant/buyer representation for clients ranging from entrepreneurial entities to International Companies. Having leased over 4 million square feet in his 30 year career, he has established a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and continues to demonstrate a critical understanding of the Atlanta market that provides a competitive advantage for each individual client he represents.
